Before & After School Care

(Please be aware The 326 Club is an independently run company and not affiliated with Stepgates Community School)

326 After School, Breakfast & Holiday Club

The 326 Club has been established since 2003 and provides childcare for children aged 4 to 11 years in three different clubs.

They are the Breakfast Club, the After School Club and the Holiday Club for some of the school holidays or Inset days.

The Club operates from a large, dedicated separate building located within Stepgates Community School grounds. The main aim of the 326 Club is to provide parents of children attending either Stepgates Community School or St Anne's School a safe, reliable and fun child care option. They operate a 'walking bus' to collect children from nearby St. Anne's School.

The After School Club is open from 15:15 - 18.00 Mondays to Fridays during term time and is open all day on some Stepgates School Inset days. The after school club has a very relaxed feel. They fully appreciate that children may be tired at the end of a long school day and may simply just want to 'chill out' during their time at the Club. The children are encouraged to choose the activities they wish to take part in and the emphasis is very much on supervised free play, giving children a chance to catch up with friends. A light, healthy tea is offered to all children staying for full sessions.

The Holiday Club operates from 08:30 - 18:00 throughout some of the school holidays. Please contact Wendy using the contact details below for further information on exact timings. The focus for the holiday club is about having as much FUN as possible. With a wide variety of activities on offer; Lego, Art, Cooking, DVD's, Books, Music, PS2, Snooker etc there are activities to suit both the sporty and the more creative child. We have use of the adventure playground, an external fenced area, playground with games and excursions to the children's playgrounds in local parks.

The Breakfast Club is run daily on weekdays throughout the school term between 8 am and 9 am. Children are offered a healthy and nutritious breakfast of toast, cereals and fresh fruit. The children are escorted to their classrooms in time for the start of the school day.
